oh, and Lyle, you might think mac-n-cheese is a safe bet, but yesterday as I was fixing it for my 4-yr old, he said, "You make that wrong. The cheese is kind of wrinkly and I want it not wrinkly." grrrr. critic.
People pay Lon's Cooking Shack a lot of money to do the same thing to meat. Lo's cutting OUT the middle-man!
